Returns & Exchanges

At Aggieland Outfitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Maroon & White gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise with original tags attached. Please note that custom items and final sale clearance products are not eligible for return.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping container or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the apparel.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
